Meet Mia

Hi, my name is Mia!

Mia was found wandering the streets in extremely bad condition, when a wonderful couple stopped and picked her up and took her to the emergency vet. She had a severe case of mastitis (after obviously having puppies and then dumped). She also had a severe case of entropian in both her eyes (which is when the eyelids fold under and the eyelashes scratch the cornia and can cause blindness). The emergency vet reached out to our rescue to see if we could help. Of course we couldn’t say no! So we then reached out to our vet partner to see if they could do her eye surgery immediately, and they did. Within 3 days her amazing foster pawrents 🐾 Kayla and Tony, and amazing rescue team got the funds needed to get the eye surgery Mama Mia so desperately needed. She also received all her shots and other vetting needed to go on to live a wonderful life.
We put her on every social media site available to get her adopted. After several months of pushing out her story on social media, she hit the JACKPOT!!!
Mia was adopted by an amazing couple with two pups! She now has a 2 doggie brothers, Bo a Golden Retreiver and Bam Bam a little Frenchie, and a mom and dad who love her to pieces!!
